This summer, Spark students (Age 11+) will spend a week putting their faith into action as we make homes warmer, safer and drier. As we work side-by-side, we will forge strong friendships, lives will be changed, and we will learn from our neighbors in Appalachia. We will be serving from June 30th- July 6th. Location is TBD. We’re less than a year away from #ELCAYG2024! To help us learn about the gathering and prepare for the experience, SEPA Youth is holding a Mardi Gras Party and Info Night. Pastor Mycah is going to the Mardi Gras Party and would love to see families of 8th through 12th graders there! We will carpool from Saint Luke to United Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia and return around 9pm. We are looking forward to a great education year together. Saint Luke offers free programs each Sunday after worship from 10:45-11:45am. Saint Luke Kids is a place where kids can learn about Jesus on their own level! Our Saint Luke Kids Sunday School program offers various classes for kids age 2 through 6th grade. Parents can sign up in person at Saint Luke or online. Confirmation is the place for all 7th-9th grade students to connect with one another, have fun, as well as explore what faith means to them. Confirmation also allow students to explore, discover and declare their Lutheran beliefs. Be sure to sign up for this meaningful experience for your teenager.
