This 4 week experience combines simple stretches and basic body movements with prayer and scripture to enhance physical and spiritual well being. Saint Luke member and physical therapist, Matt Heintzlman will guide this innovative class. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring along a yoga mat if you have one (Extras will be available). All levels of ability are welcome. Class is offered on Sundays from March 10-31.
