Stretch & Pray

Stretch and Pray is a 5 week experience meets during Education Hour on Sundays.  Chase Ferguson, a Stephen's Minister, and Matt Heintzelman, a physical therapist will combine simple stretches and basic body movements with prayer and scripture to enhance physical and spiritual well being. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an open mind to this innovative class. Participants can choose to bring a yoga mat to class or perform all exercises seated in a chair. All levels of ability are welcome. The class is based on the book "Stretch and Pray: A Daily Discipline for Physical and Spiritual Wellness" by Murray D. Fink. Books will be for sale at church, however you do not need to read the book to participate.  This group will meet on April 8, April 15, April 29, May 6 and May 13.
